When placing your order online, make sure you are signed in and that it says welcome. If in the store, open your app, click “rewards” and then “earn rewards” and have the crew scan your QR code. Or you can give them your phone number. However, your phone number MUST be entered in your account for the points to register to your account.

Within the app go to “More”>”Profile”>”Phone Number”. Enter your number and then save your changes.

1. On the app/Online: When you are placing your order your available rewards will be at the top of the screen. Pick which reward you would like to use and it will be automatically deducted from your total
2. In store: Give your phone number to the crew member and they will see a list of rewards that you can redeem. Make sure your phone number is listed under your profile within the app!

Don’t worry! You still got credit for your old visits. We converted each visit into 17 points and loaded them in your current account.
